感谢您为宝贝选择了旭智欢乐学堂?让孩子在欢乐中学习成长，希望家长能与导师们配合一起培育孩子?
兹通知本院2022年的开学日为1月2日（星期日）。請家长们耐心阅读以下守则：

1. 呈交相关信件给校方。
1️⃣填写同意书
2️⃣填写旅行声明
3️⃣工作信件-公司信/Surat Pengesahan Ibubapa
4️⃣完全接种证明（MySejahtera）
5️⃣每周填写孩子健康申报表
（还未完整呈交以上信件的家长们与新家长们可自行打印与填写信件，于开学日当天呈交于负责老师）

2. 抵达校园时，请家长为孩子以department 扫描my sejahtera签到。

3. 小朋友们需要自备水瓶、文具盒及彩色笔，并且标上孩子的姓名。

4. 请携带备用口罩以方便更换。

5. 全天制的小朋友需要携带一个星期的衣物放置学校，并且在塑料袋上标上姓名。如有需要枕头与被单的小朋友也能够自行做准备。

园方恳请家长给予高度配合，如?以下的情况，请 暂时不要 把孩子送来学校并尽快通知园长及必要在家隔离：

1.家庭成员的工作地点?人确诊。
2.孩子患上伤风感冒、咳嗽或发烧等。
3.家庭成员正等待/进行检测/检测报告。
4.家庭成员是受检查病患(PUI)和受观察人(PUS)。

园方会严格遵守标准作业程序以确保所有师生的安全。

大家也必须时刻谨记防疫三部曲：

Dear parents,

Thank you for choosing Ten Toes Preschool for your children. Let children learn and grow in joy. I hope that parents can cooperate with us to nurture your children.
We hereby inform our school reopen of 2022 is on 2/1/2022 (Sunday). Parents please read the following rules with patience:

1. Submit relevant letters to the school.
1️⃣Fill in the consent form
2️⃣Fill in the travel statement
3️⃣Work Letter-Company Letter/Surat Pengesahan Ibubapa
4️⃣Complete vaccination certificate (MySejahtera)
5️⃣Fill in the child health declaration form every week
(New parents and parents who have not submitted the above letter in full, you may print out the form and fill up, then submit it to the teacher in charge on tomorrow )

  2. When arriving our school, parents need to scan my sejahtera for your children to sign in with the department.

  3. Children need to bring their own water bottle, stationery box and colored pencils, and please mark the child's name.

  4. Please bring spare masks for easy replacement.

  *5.*Full Daychildren need to bring one week's clothing to the school, and mark the name on the plastic bag. Children who need pillows and blankets can also prepare yourself .

The school urges parents to provide a high degree of cooperation. In the following situations, please temporarily do not send your child to the school and notify the kindergarten as soon as possible and need to isolate at home:

1. The working place of the family member is diagnosed.
2. The child has a cold, cough or fever, etc.
3. The family members are waiting/testing/testing report.
4. Family members are the patient under examination (PUI) and the person under observation (PUS).
